school application form

application portal is in development to
simplify the process

Required documents are
submitted via email
(scanned copies)

Upon submission,
Beaconhouse issues a
digital Offer Letter
·
Payment for the Offer
Letter must be made via bank wire transfer,
along with
registration fees
Letter of Acceptance & Visa Use
·
After proof of payment
is received, a Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
is issued along with an invitation letter for
the parent(s)
·
The LoA is
required for applying for a
Canadian Study Visa
·
The invitation
letter is required for parent(s) to apply for
visitor visa to accompany the under 18 years child
to settle for studies in Canada.
·
Annual tuition
fees are due
only after the study visa is approved, and
must be paid prior to the issuance
of travel documents
