monitoring system for our agent partners effective 1
November 2025 to 31 October 2026. This initiative
will ensure that partners are recognized and rewarded
appropriately, while also enabling our team to deliver
improved support and services to all our valued
education agents. |

Agent Partnership Policy Updates |

|
|
|
Effective 1 November 2025, the following guidelines will
apply to all agent partners of
Lead Institute of
Higher Education (LIHE): |

1. Graduate Diploma Referrals |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Referrals for Graduate Diploma students will be
according to current offer only. (please see more
information in LIHE Agent Benefit Flyers) |
|
|
2. Provisional Agent Requirements |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Provisional Agents must refer a minimum of
two (2) students within six (6) months in order to
qualify for an upgrade to Bronze Agent status. |
|
|
3. Agent Benefits |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Agent benefit offers will no longer be
applicable if the conditions outlined in the Agent
Performance Matrix are not met. |
|
|
|
|
4. Promotional Activities |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
All new promotional activities must be
implemented as standard practice across LIHE. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
No individual discount offers by the agent is
permitted under any circumstances. |
|

|
|
5. Agent Level Monitoring |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Bronze to Gold Agents:
Activities will be reviewed annually (every 12 months). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Gold and Platinum Agents:
Activities will be reviewed biennially (every 24
months). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
All other agent levels will be reviewed annually |
|
|
|
|
|
|
